• Coordinate weekly campaign reviews with Account Managers for digital + print initiatives
• Approve and manage Market Driver campaigns (Trade-Up, Service, Recall, etc.) via spreadsheets
• Serve as escalation point for Marketing Service Reps when Account Managers are unavailable
• Update Owner Touch notifications and manage campaign pipeline health
• Support ROI reporting, budget approvals, and open-ticket resolutions
