GoodLeap is seeking a Bilingual Collections Specialist (English/Spanish) to help drive recoveries and maintain customer relationships within our fast-paced, mission-driven collections team. You’ll make outbound and inbound calls to clients with overdue payments, working to resolve delinquencies with empathy, strategy, and a results-driven mindset—all while supporting a sustainable future.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage collections for overdue personal finance accounts
• Contact clients via inbound/outbound calls to resolve delinquent loans
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Keep detailed records on account status and payment history
• Work within established collections policies and procedures
• Identify and support solutions to bring loans current
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years of experience in credit and collections
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Goal-oriented, self-starter with a professional demeanor
• Prior experience with financial products or telemarketing preferred
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
