In this fully remote role, you’ll manage your own portfolio, track down payments, resolve disputes, and keep our books balanced. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in A/R or collections, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and communicates with clarity and professionalism.

📋 What You’ll Do
• Own and manage collections for a portfolio of customer accounts
• Follow up on unpaid or overdue invoices—professionally and persistently
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes, discrepancies, or misapplied payments
• Support month-end close processes and contribute to revenue cycle goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot account issues
• Recommend process improvements and update documentation as needed
• Maintain detailed records for audit and reporting purposes
🎯 What You Bring
• 2+ years of accounts receivable or collections experience
• High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency
• Detail-oriented mindset with a knack for organization
• Ability to stay focused and adapt to changing priorities
• Comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams
