Nira Medical is looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Collections and Payments Specialist to join our Infusion & Revenue Cycle Management team. • 🏥 Focus on health insurance claims, appeals, and revenue recovery
• 💡 Cross-functional role with exposure to physician-administered drugs and imaging services
📋 What You’ll Do
• Contact third-party payers and patients to resolve and collect on past-due health insurance claims
• Track daily progress toward cash collection and A/R goals
• Resolve disputed claims and research payment delays
• Manage appeals, payment plans, and escalated billing issues
• Maintain compliance with all internal policies and payer-specific guidelines
• Identify patterns of noncompliance and escalate concerns when necessary
🎓 What You Bring
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior physician office and infusion drug experience strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and juggle multiple deadlines
• Comfortable learning and using multiple software systems
