Join Inspira Financial’s people-first team as a Customer Service Representative, helping individuals navigate the ins and outs of healthcare reimbursement accounts—like FSAs, HSAs, and COBRA—with empathy, accuracy, and clear communication.
This is a fully remote call center role with a fixed hourly rate and opportunities for overtime. You’ll be the voice that guides accountholders through complex systems, ensuring they feel seen, supported, and informed.
🛠What You’ll Do
- Provide inbound call support to accountholders regarding healthcare accounts
- Help members understand their benefits, balances, and how to file claims
- Troubleshoot account issues and guide users through app and web tools
- Handle up to 50 calls per day with clarity, patience, and compassion
- De-escalate concerns and resolve problems independently
- Adhere to all compliance regulations and privacy standards
- May be cross-trained on other support channels (chat, email, etc.)
📦 What You’ll Need
- 2+ years of call center and customer service experience
- Strong computer navigation skills and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to explain benefits and policies in plain language
- Availability for shift hours: 10:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. CT (Mon–Fri) and some Saturdays
- High-speed internet connection (100+ Mbps download / 20+ Mbps upload)
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace

- Training Start Date: Monday, September 22, 2025
- Training Schedule: 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. ET (4–5 weeks)
- Regular Schedule Post-Training: 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET (subject to change)
- Attendance is mandatory for all training sessions
