CVS Health is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Manager of Dual Entry to lead a team responsible for the implementation and onboarding of plan sponsor clients. This role is ideal for a strong project manager and team leader who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll be at the center of innovation and operations—working cross-functionally to drive successful execution across multiple teams and systems.
💼 Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and support a team of 11 Dual Entry Analysts
• Serve as a primary point of contact during client onboarding and implementation
• Develop and execute project plans based on client requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of benefit setups
• Analyze data, identify trends, and implement improvements
• Build and maintain strong internal partnerships and client relationships
• Create and present stakeholder communications, including executive-level presentations
📌 What You Bring
✔️ 3–5 years leadership experience
✔️ 3–5 years in project management or stakeholder engagement
✔️ Experience with self-funded health insurance plans
✔️ Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
✔️ Excellent communication, planning, and decision-making skills
✔️ Ability to lead change, manage cross-functional collaboration, and meet deadlines
Preferred:
• PMP certification
• Experience with QuickBase and Salesforce
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional training
💰 Compensation & Perks
• Salary range: $54,300 – $159,120 (based on experience and geography)
