PATLive is looking for a creative, data-savvy, people-loving Recruiter to help grow our amazing remote team. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for our Contact Center roles, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and shape a candidate experience that feels human, intentional, and refreshingly un-corporate. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle for Contact Center roles
• Collaborate with managers to forecast hiring needs and build pipelines
• Analyze data to improve hiring performance and conversion
• Keep our ATS updated, job ads fresh, and candidate experience seamless
• Write engaging content for Glassdoor, Indeed, and careers pages
• Help build our employer brand through creative and inclusive storytelling


🎯 What You’ll Bring
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (preferably high-volume or customer service roles)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, HR, or related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Natural creativity in sourcing and engaging top talent
• Passion for building inclusive, people-first hiring processes
