Schedule: 40–42 hours/week, shifts vary (8AM–8PM ET)


💡 About the Role
Fetch Pet Insurance is hiring a compassionate, quick-thinking Member Experience Associate to join our virtual call center. You’ll be on the front lines of customer support—handling everything from billing questions to claim updates—all while representing a brand that deeply values pets and their people.

🎯 What You’ll Do
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails with professionalism and empathy
• Resolve questions around billing, technical support, claims, and general inquiries
• Educate pet parents on how to navigate Fetch tools (online portal, IVR, self-service options)
• Follow up with policyholders through outbound calls and emails
• Track daily performance and meet customer service goals
• Collaborate with your team and leadership to improve service experience
• Participate in training, team meetings, and upskilling opportunities (including earning new credentials)


🧠 What You’ll Bring
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
• 1+ year of call center experience + strong customer service skills
• Calm, clear, and empathetic communicator (written + verbal)
• Proven success working remotely and handling varied customer types
• Ability to multitask in real-time while staying detail-oriented
• Tech-savvy with G-Suite, phone apps, and browsers
• Bachelor’s degree preferred


🏡 Work-from-Home Requirements
• Reliable high-speed internet (min. 100 Mbps down / 30 Mbps up)
• Quiet, distraction-free space at home
• Ability to set up dual monitors, laptop, headset, etc. (equipment provided)
• Comfortable with remote onboarding and tech setup with Fetch’s IT team
