💡 About the Role
Fetch Pet Insurance is looking for a relationship-driven, ultra-organized Account Manager to lead day-to-day execution across our insurance and employee benefits partnerships. You’ll be the hub that connects internal teams (marketing, tech, ops, finance) with external brokers, agents, and key partners—making sure every deliverable lands on time and every campaign runs smoothly.
This isn’t just project management—it’s strategic partnership coordination that drives real impact.
🎯 What You’ll Do
Partnership Support & Coordination
• Serve as the daily go-to for all internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for partner onboarding and campaign rollouts
• Track milestones and ensure smooth partner launches
Broker & Agent Engagement
• Maintain strong communication with brokers and agents
• Lead or support partner trainings, webinars, and promotional efforts
• Foster adoption and performance through meaningful relationship management
Project & Priority Management
• Juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines without dropping the ball
• Anticipate roadblocks and troubleshoot across departments
• Keep leadership looped in when escalation or realignment is needed
Data & Insight
• Analyze partner program data to identify wins, gaps, and trends
• Build and deliver reports with clear next steps
• Use insights to recommend and roll out process improvements
Communications & Workflow Optimization
• Write polished meeting recaps, follow-up emails, and partner updates
• Identify and implement scalable practices for efficiency and clarity
• Become a trusted voice and partner to both internal teams and external stakeholders
🧠 What You’ll Bring
• 3–5 years in account management, partnerships, or client services
• Industry experience in insurance, employee benefits, fintech, or HR tech (preferred)
• Confident communicator (verbal + written) with a polished, approachable tone
• Proven multitasker in fast-paced, high-output environments
• Comfortable collaborating with marketing, legal, sales, and tech teams
• Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using CRM, Excel/Sheets, and project tools
• Experience working with brokers or within the employee benefits ecosystem is a plus
