Redfin is hiring a Temporary Licensed Transaction Coordinator to support agents and clients through seamless real estate transactions. In this fast-paced, high-volume role, you’ll handle everything from disclosures to deadlines—keeping deals on track while delivering top-tier service and peace of mind to both agents and clients.
âś… Position Highlights
• Hourly Pay: $22.80 – $35.50/hour
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary (approx. 6 months)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Remote: Yes (must be based in WA and comply with remote work policy)
• Travel: Possible rare travel for team/work events (no more than 1x per month)
• Locations: WA – Seattle, Centralia, Sequim, Spanaway, Everett (47 approved locations)
📋 What You’ll Own
• Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to close
• Manage 30–50 deals/month during busy seasons
• Communicate with agents, lenders, closing companies, and clients
• Handle disclosures, addenda, documentation, and scheduling
• Track contractual deadlines and proactively resolve delays
• Support multiple agents, tailoring your work to their style
• Reduce client stress with responsive, expert guidance
• Maintain full compliance and up-to-date records
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Active real estate license (required)
• 1+ year of real estate experience with strong disclosure and contract knowledge
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
• Calm under pressure with a client-first attitude
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn tools (Google Suite, CRM, Redfin tools)
• Reliable, proactive, and accountable
