Homeward is seeking an experienced Escrow Assistant to support fast-moving real estate transactions in Florida and Georgia. In this temporary, full-time role (with potential for permanent hire), you’ll help facilitate closings from start to finish—working closely with buyers, agents, lenders, and internal teams to ensure smooth, on-time transactions.

✅ What You’ll Do
• Manage escrow files through all stages—from order opening to closing
• Coordinate with brokers, lenders, HOAs, and escrow officers
• Open new files and gather all required documentation (HOA docs, payoffs, etc.)
• Review title commitments and help resolve curative issues
• Work across multiple states/markets and adapt to regional closing requirements
• Communicate with all parties involved in a timely and professional manner
• Use tools like Qualia, Slack, and Google Suite to stay organized
• Provide support in a fast-paced, tech-forward startup environment
• Work overtime as needed to meet tight deadlines
🧠What You Bring
• Minimum 1 year of experience in escrow, real estate, or title
• Prior experience working escrow in FL and GA markets
• Comfortable with tools like Qualia, Slack, and Google Suite
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Organized, proactive, and detail-obsessed
• High school diploma required
• Positive energy and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
