📍 About the Role
We’re looking for a U.S.-based Customer Success Manager to manage our Scale segment, supporting ~100 high-potential commercial accounts. This isn’t your standard CSM role—it’s part strategist, part builder, and part relationship leader. You’ll help shape a scalable customer playbook while ensuring your accounts find long-term success with ElevenLabs.
💼 What You’ll Do
• Manage a scaled book of ~100 customers across the U.S.
• Own the upsell, cross-sell, and renewal motion for your accounts
• Build and improve scalable systems for support, onboarding, and retention
• Develop repeatable processes and self-serve tools for this segment
• Track product usage and proactively identify expansion opportunities
• Build lasting relationships with customers at all levels
• Own NRR and account health KPIs aligned with company growth goals
• Help define and refine our Scale Success playbook to support enterprise growth

• 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS Customer Success role
• A scalability-first mindset—efficient, repeatable, and high-impact
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A product- and customer-obsessed mentality
• Confidence navigating technical conversations and usage analytics
• Energy, curiosity, and initiative—especially in startup environments
• Based in the United States with ability to collaborate across time zones
