📍 About the Role
We’re looking for a high-impact, U.S.-based Customer Success professional to manage a focused book of ~20 enterprise clients and help us scale our customer programs to support thousands more.

This isn’t just a relationship role—it’s a strategic position where you’ll shape how ElevenLabs delivers value at the highest level. You’ll drive adoption, ensure retention, and identify expansion opportunities. You’ll also be hands-on in developing our CS playbook, collaborating cross-functionally, and acting as a thought partner to some of the world’s most innovative companies.


💼 What You’ll Do
• Manage 20+ high-value enterprise accounts with full ownership of success outcomes
• Lead onboarding, adoption, and long-term relationship strategies
• Monitor customer health, usage, and satisfaction metrics—own your KPIs
• Identify product gaps and advocate internally for enterprise needs
• Collaborate on the Customer Success playbook to support scaling to $500M+ ARR
• Drive customer NRR through strategic retention and upsell play
• Serve as a customer voice across the organization—from product to growth


📌 You Might Be a Fit If You Have…
• 3–7 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Solutions Consulting (SaaS)
• A track record of managing enterprise portfolios and delivering results
• Experience navigating technical products and integrating feedback into strategy
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• A product-first mindset with deep empathy for customer success
• A love for working in high-velocity, high-impact, remote-first teams
• Based in the United States with flexibility to travel if needed
