CrewBloom is hiring a detail-obsessed, people-savvy Labor Coordinator to keep live event operations running like clockwork. You’ll juggle scheduling, timecard processing, client communication, and on-call troubleshooting—all from your home office. • Serve as point of contact during on-call hours

• Work with Google Workspace and Lasso event software
📋 What You’ll Own
Scheduling & Coordination
• Respond to labor requests and assign A/V techs for upcoming events
• Communicate clearly and promptly with clients and crews
• Arrange travel logistics for techs when needed
Timecard & Admin Support
• Review, update, and verify timecards within 24 hours post-event
• Track hours, report discrepancies, and help ensure accurate payroll
On-Call Problem Solving
• Act as the first point of contact for urgent questions during your shift
• Keep the crew calm, the clients happy, and the wheels turning
🎯 What You Bring
• Familiarity with live events or A/V setups (stagehands, camera ops, engineers)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Sharp organizational skills and follow-through
• Basic math skills for payroll-related calculations
• High emotional intelligence and ability to think on your feet
• Comfort using tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail
• Willingness to learn new software (like Lasso) quickly
Bonus if you have:
• Experience in live events, production, or event staffing
• Familiarity with Lasso or other scheduling platforms
