Cennox is seeking a sharp, organized eLearning Specialist to manage and grow our LMS platform. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes architect supporting our internal training efforts—ensuring the right people have access to the right courses, at the right time. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Coordinate, assign, and manage all online training through our LMS
• Create and update learning paths based on department needs
• Enroll or remove users from the platform as needed
• Collaborate with department leads to tailor training content
• Build and distribute interactive and PDF-based training resources
• Help capture and document tribal knowledge from legacy systems
• Maintain the Technician Support Portal and Training Matrix
• Take on new projects and support the Training Manager as needed
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Experience with eLearning platforms (LMS proficiency is a must)
• Strong attention to detail—you catch what others miss
• Solid written communication and reading comprehension
• Comfortable creating and managing online course content
• Confident using Microsoft Office and other Windows-based tools
• Reliable, proactive, and willing to adapt as technology evolves
• Curious, teachable, and open to growth
