As a Care Partner Team Lead, you’ll oversee a high-performing frontline team responsible for guiding cancer patients and their families through complex care journeys. You’ll coach, support, and elevate your team while ensuring members receive timely, empathetic, and effective care navigation.

• Full-time, salaried role
• Base salary: $65,000 (with potential for adjustment based on experience, geography, and level)
• Fully remote within the U.S. or based in Nashville, TN
• Equity options and full benefits package (medical, dental, vision)
• Monday–Friday set schedule (with some holiday and overflow coverage as needed)
📋 What You’ll Do
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Care Partners supporting cancer patients
• Serve as the main escalation point for non-clinical issues
• Facilitate daily huddles, team meetings, and case conferences
• Monitor productivity, quality metrics, and team workflows
• Support hiring, training, and performance development
• Coordinate team schedules and staffing needs
• Help refine care protocols and provide insights to improve member experience
• Cover overflow, holidays, and on-call shifts when needed
🎯 What You Bring
• Proven leadership experience managing hourly or frontline teams
• Strong coaching, mentorship, and team-building skills
• Track record of success in fast-paced, scaling environments (healthcare, tech, or customer service preferred)
• Deep empathy and a mission-driven mindset
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Confident using tools like Google Suite, Slack, EHR systems, and video chat tech
• Able to adapt quickly, act decisively, and lead through ambiguity
