β’ Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
β’ Resolve issues calmly, providing empathetic and knowledgeable support

β’ Process payments or assist with billing as needed
β’ Document all interactions for compliance and audit purposes
β’ Provide feedback on customer pain points and service trends

β’ Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
β’ High school diploma or GED
β’ 6+ months of customer service experience (preferred)
β’ Typing speed of 30+ WPM
β’ Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
β’ Ability to work independently in a remote, virtual team environment
β’ Comfortable navigating Windows-based systems
