vMOX is looking for a tech-savvy, customer-obsessed Wireless Helpdesk Technician to support corporate users with their mobile devices. You’ll field inbound calls, chats, and emails—resolving issues, placing orders, and making sure every user interaction is smooth and successful. Position Highlights
• 💰 Hourly Rate: $15.00 – $18.00 (based on experience)
• 🕐 Full-Time | Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT (Pacific Time)
• 🏠 Remote: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
• 📞 Focus: Mobile device tech support, order processing, and customer care

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails for mobile device support
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for wireless issues
• Process inbound orders, replacements, cancellations, and device reassignments
• Walk users through the vMOX portal and explain system functions
• Log tickets accurately and escalate complex issues as needed
• Follow SLAs and SOPs for all order processing and support
• Manage reverse logistics and ensure confidential handling of recycled devices


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ year in customer support or order processing environment
• Familiarity with wireless carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint)
• Strong typing skills (65 WPM)
• Knowledge of mobile devices and enterprise wireless services
• Previous experience with ticketing systems and carrier portals
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable under pressure
• Integrity and confidentiality in all device handling
