📋 What You’ll Own
• Deliver excellent customer service to resolve client account issues

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Previous collections, customer service, or call center experience is a plus

💻 Remote Requirements
• Quiet, private workspace
• High-speed internet (20 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up minimum)
• Must be hardwired to modem via ethernet—Wi-Fi and hotspots are not supported
• Must reside in FL, MO, SC, TX, or VA
