World Travel Holdings is hiring full-time remote Travel Sales Agents ready to turn their love of travel into a rewarding career. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle 1–2 inbound calls/hour and serve as a trusted travel advisor
• Build new customer relationships and manage follow-ups
• Process reservations and updates efficiently
• Meet/exceed sales goals with strategy and coaching
• Engage in real-time with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Stay active in team meetings and training sessions
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• At least 1 year of sales experience with proven results
• Strong communicator—written, verbal, and listening
• Comfortable with outbound follow-up calls
• Tech-savvy: chat, email, multitasking across platforms
• Open to coaching, feedback, and sales strategy
• Reliable internet: minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
• Dedicated, quiet home office in a separate household from any other WTH employee
💻 Remote Requirements
• Structured virtual call center environment
• Must adhere to shifting schedules based on business needs
• 6-week training: Mon–Fri, 10am–7pm EST
• Shifts may vary between 6:00 AM–2:00 AM EST, including weekends and holidays
