BroadPath is hiring a Training Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support new hire training with hands-on expertise, system knowledge, and leadership presence. This role is ideal for those who excel in performance, understand the training program inside out, and want to help others succeed in a virtual learning environment.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Monitor training attendance and daily engagement
• Track progress of agents and provide individual feedback
• Observe and support live simulations and practice sessions
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support
• Keep BHive, Genesys, and Pulse systems updated
• Collaborate on daily training recaps and progress notes
• Motivate and guide new hires through onboarding
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Deep knowledge of UHC systems, tools, and procedures
• Proven excellence in the agent sales or service role
• Comfortable navigating Genesys, Pulse, and Bhive platforms
• Ability to support adult learners in a virtual training environment
• Engaged, proactive, and capable of motivating others

• Ability to support before or after scheduled training hours, if needed
