Vendo is a TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) searching for a driven TikTok Shop Growth Strategist to own account growth for top-tier brands. You’ll manage Seller Center activity, launch new shops, recruit affiliates, and strategize for consistent revenue growth. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead TikTok Shop accounts with strategic oversight and performance growth
• Handle end-to-end Seller Center management, including affiliate portal tasks
• Launch both cold start and existing brands on TikTok Shop
• Create marketing calendars and proactively recommend campaign opportunities
• Recruit and manage affiliate relationships, tracking and reporting growth
• Build performance decks, margin analyses, and lead bi-weekly client meetings
• Develop a CRM of in-house affiliates via relationship-building
• Track content trends and use TikTok Shop tools to identify top-performing creators
• Manage projects using tools like ClickUp and ensure on-time deliverables
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in digital marketing, account management, or influencer strategy
• Experience managing clients in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or Walmart
• Strong presentation, communication, and reporting skills
