As a Technical Support Coordinator, you’ll help manage and maintain a national fleet of smart kiosks found in major retailers like Walmart, Kroger, and 7-Eleven. From behind the screen, you’ll keep hardware humming and software smooth—serving as the go-to fixer for complex kiosk issues.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Use internal tools to support and calibrate kiosk hardware/software
• Troubleshoot escalated technical issues across a nationwide kiosk fleet
• Aggregate data to improve support efficiency and engineering processes
• Maintain and enhance internal knowledge base and documentation
• Collaborate with teams to ensure fast, quality resolutions
• Work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Familiarity with Linux command-line tools and scripting (bash or Python)
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• At least 1 year of hands-on Linux experience (preferred)
