Sagility, a global healthcare-focused BPO, is hiring a Contact Center Operations Supervisor to lead, coach, and elevate a team of customer service representatives in a fully remote environment. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead and develop a team of CSRs to meet and exceed contact center KPIs/CPIs
• Monitor performance dashboards and coaching tools for real-time feedback
• Provide consistent coaching, recognition, and performance evaluations
• Manage escalated calls and customer issues
• Create and execute daily/weekly action plans for performance improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify improvement opportunities
• Communicate team goals, expectations, and organizational priorities
• Uphold compliance and company policy through role modeling and team engagement
• Train, support, and guide CSRs to deliver high-quality service
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 1+ years customer service/call center experience, including 12 months in a supervisory role
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, conflict resolution, and communication skills
• Proficiency with technology and performance tracking systems
• Ability to lead teams, manage workloads, delegate effectively, and troubleshoot performance
• Familiarity with interpreting data, driving metrics, and leading continuous improvement initiatives
