Fullstack Academy, now part of Simplilearn, is hiring a full-time remote Student Advisor to help prospective learners navigate their tech education journey. You’ll guide and inspire potential students toward life-changing career opportunities through immersive programs in AI, coding, cybersecurity, and more. This is a mission-driven role where you’ll help people improve their lives—and their communities—through tech education.

• Full-time, Remote (U.S.-based)
• $45,000/year + benefits

• Report directly to the Enrollment Manager

📋 What You’ll Own
• Conduct outbound calls to connect with prospective students
• Learn each individual’s goals and match them with the right program
• Explain the value and unique benefits of Fullstack’s offerings
• Follow up with interested leads and send relevant resources
• Update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) with call notes and progress
• Deliver virtual presentations, emails, and mail merges
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay current on program features
• Support the admissions team in hitting enrollment goals

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in outbound sales or enrollment advising
• Excellent phone communication—warm, persuasive, and authentic
• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
• Fast learner with the ability to connect student needs to program features
• Integrity-driven, with a passion for helping others grow
• Deep interest in education and the tech industry

• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Experience in EdTech, B2C sales, or distributed remote teams
• Background in Enrollment Advising or educational coaching
