Symetra is hiring a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to join its Talent Management team. In this role, you’ll lead complex workplace investigations, collaborate with HR and legal teams, and shape a more inclusive and psychologically safe employee experience. • Salary range: $77,600 – $129,400
• Full-time, remote position

📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead investigations involving harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and policy issues
• Document detailed case reports, interview findings, and recommendations
• Advise managers and HR on compliance, best practices, and policy clarity
• Analyze employee relations trends to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Develop training materials, reports, and system improvements
• Participate in DEI-centered projects that support workplace equity
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5+ years in employee relations or HR investigations
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (PHR a plus)
• Proven ability to manage sensitive cases with discretion and integrity
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
• Deep understanding of employment law and DEI practices
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided)
