Help at Home is hiring a full-time RCM Specialist – Cash Application to support the Revenue Cycle Management team. This role ensures the accurate posting of client payments and reconciliation of complex financial records that support essential in-home care services nationwide.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Post incoming payments (ACH, Lockbox, Credit Card) to client invoices
• Reconcile and troubleshoot complex or unapplied payments
• Retrieve remittance information from payer websites
• Save, log, and organize payment documentation daily
• Support the team with month-end close activities
• Serve as backup for other A/R functions as needed
• Perform additional administrative or accounting duties as assigned
