🧾 About the Role
ACC Premiere is hiring a Service Request Processor to act as the primary contact between a national building maintenance company and its customers. You’ll handle incoming service requests—primarily via email, occasionally by phone—ensuring timely and accurate processing, documentation, and dispatch for urgent or emergency needs. • Pay: $11.50–$12/hour
• Type: Full-Time
• Location: Remote – hiring in AL, AR, GA, ID, IA, KS, NH, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WV, and WY
• Schedule: Day and evening shifts available; all schedules include a weekend shift

📋 What You’ll Own
• Receive and process customer service requests via email and phone

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma (college preferred)
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve efficiently
• Familiarity with supporting consumer products and/or services a plus
