Join Talkiatry, a mission-driven mental health company, as a Service Agent, Patient Care Coordinator. You’ll support patients and providers through scheduling, communication, and intake, helping ensure every individual is matched with the right care. From answering patient inquiries to optimizing provider schedules, this role is central to delivering accessible, human, and responsible psychiatric services.

• Pay: $18.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Must be available for one of the following shifts:
– 7:30 AM–4:00 PM EST
– 9:30 AM–6:00 PM EST
• Remote: Fully remote (U.S.-based)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer inbound calls and respond to patient questions
• Make outbound calls to patients, pharmacies, and insurance providers
• Use ServiceNow to create and resolve tickets
• Schedule and optimize provider appointments in eClinicalWorks (EHR)
• Coordinate with clinicians via Microsoft Teams for follow-ups, referrals, discharge letters, and tele-visit management
• Respond to patient inquiries, verify insurance, and upload ID/insurance documentation
• Provide basic tech support or escalate to IT helpdesk

✨ Preferred Experience
• 1+ year of customer service experience (phone/email/chat-based)
• Experience in scheduling, medical reception, or using Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
• Background in healthcare, behavioral health, or patient coordination is a plus
