Join CVS Health as a Revenue Cycle Biller and help ensure patients receive timely and accurate insurance claim processing for Home Infusion and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) services. You’ll play a key role in streamlining billing operations, supporting both financial integrity and patient care—while working remotely from the comfort of your home.

• $17.00 – $34.15/hour (based on experience and location)
• Full-time, 40 hours/week

📋 What You’ll Own
• Submit Home Infusion and DME claims to commercial and government payers
• Review and resolve billing issues in line with medical policy and insurance requirements
• Interface with payer portals to check statuses, post payments, and follow up on claims
• Collaborate with internal teams and external pharmacies to resolve discrepancies
• Meet established quality, productivity, and timeliness benchmarks
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years billing or collections experience in Home Infusion or DME
• Strong background in revenue cycle operations (billing, collections, credits, cash, etc.)
• Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers
• High school diploma or GED
Preferred:
• Familiarity with Epic, CPR+, and/or Caretend systems
• Strong attention to detail, urgency, and team collaboration
