Transamerica is expanding and seeking FINRA-licensed Financial Advisors to join our fully remote team. This role offers warm leadsāno prospectingāso you can focus on building relationships, guiding clients through retirement and insurance options, and delivering personalized financial solutions. Position Highlights
ā¢ Total compensation: $65,000 ā $95,000 annually (base salary $48,500 ā $53,000 plus incentives)
ā¢ Full-time, 100% remote
ā¢ Bi-weekly base pay + monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses
ā¢ Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, pension, and tuition reimbursement
ā¢ Paid Time Off starting at 160 hours annually, plus 10 paid holidays
š What Youāll Own
ā¢ Learn and maintain knowledge of all assigned retirement and insurance products
ā¢ Educate clients on product options and provide recommendations for routine inquiries
ā¢ Identify multi-product opportunities and refer clients to appropriate specialists
ā¢ Work with relationship managers and fulfillment analysts to process client requests
ā¢ Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, video, and chat
šÆ Must-Have Traits
ā¢ FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 OR Series 7 and 66 (required at hire)
ā¢ Bachelorās degree in business or equivalent professional experience
ā¢ Life insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
ā¢ At least 1 year of experience in the financial services industry
ā¢ Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
ā¢ Problem-solving ability and decision-making confidence
ā¢ Proficiency with Microsoft Office
ā¢ Preferred: CFP and/or CRPC, Salesforce CRM experience, and familiarity with digital financial advice platforms
