• Base Salary Range: $48,500–$53,000/year
• Total Compensation Estimate: $65,000–$95,000/year (base + performance bonuses)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Provide transparent education and product guidance for retirement-related solutions (rollovers, annuities, term & permanent life insurance)
• Field warm inbound leads and build long-term client relationships
• Recommend product solutions based on client needs and suitability
• Collaborate with relationship managers and fulfillment analysts to process requests
• Identify multi-product opportunities and connect clients to specialized support
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 or Series 7 and 66 (required at time of hire)
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience
• Life license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• 1+ year experience in financial services
• Basic knowledge of retirement and life insurance products
• Strong listening, communication, and trust-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Excellent decision-making and product recommendation ability

• CFP and/or CRPC designations
• Familiarity with Salesforce and digital financial advice tools
