Medical Guardian is hiring empathetic, goal-driven Retention Specialists who can build trust with customers and help them continue living safely and independently. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, re-negotiate agreements, and retain customers using compassion and communication—all from the comfort of your home.

• $17/hour (based on similar roles)
• Equipment provided
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 11:30am–8pm EST + weekend rotation
• Must reside in: AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, WV, or TX
📋 What You’ll Own
• Take and make calls with urgency and empathy
• Retain customers through active listening and customized solutions
• Troubleshoot concerns and prevent voluntary cancellations
• Re-negotiate service terms and pricing
• Follow up on resolutions and maintain thorough records
• Communicate clearly via phone and email
• Hit daily and monthly retention targets
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year of call center or phone-based sales/retention experience
• Confident communicator and natural rapport builder
• Tech-savvy multitasker with strong time management
• Able to work independently while following structured goals
• Competitive and coachable mindset with a sincere, customer-first approach
• Pass background and drug screening
