All leads are warm and pre-qualified—you just need the skill to turn them into appointments. If you’ve got a background in sales and a phone voice that converts, this is your lane.

• Title: Remote Appointment Setter
• Location: Remote (U.S. only – no international applicants)
• Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
• Schedule: Flexible, minimum 30 hours per week
• Compensation: $50–$65 per booked appointment
• Bonuses: Weekly pay + performance bonuses + $250 training bonus

📋 What You’ll Own
• Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads provided by marketing
• Follow proven scripts to book appointments for licensed sales reps
• Accurately log interactions into CRM
• Overcome objections with professionalism and confidence
• Maintain a high appointment-setting conversion rate
• Consistently meet weekly volume and dialing benchmarks
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Minimum 2 years of recent outbound appointment-setting experience
• Proven success setting sales appointments (field or virtual)
