📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle inbound/outbound client calls about forms, account status, and transactions
• Assist clients with completing account actions in a compliant and timely manner
• Document all interactions clearly and thoroughly in the appropriate systems
• Identify client needs and offer solutions that support their financial goals
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff as necessary

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of customer service experience (preferably in finance or brokerage)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
