ECP is hiring a Recruiter & People Operations Generalist to lead full-cycle hiring and support key people initiatives across a fast-growing SaaS company making a real impact in senior care. In this hybrid role, you’ll own technical and non-technical recruiting from end to end, while also supporting onboarding, engagement, and employer branding. 📋 What You’ll Own
Recruiting (90%)
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (engineering, UX, product) and select GTM roles
• Craft job descriptions, sourcing strategies, scorecards, and structured interview processes
• Manage our ATS (Workable): pipelines, metrics, and workflow optimization
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through strategic outreach and branding
• Conduct compensation research and advise hiring managers on market expectations
• Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers as a strategic advisor
• Continuously refine processes to ensure fast, high-quality hiring
People Operations (10%)
• Support onboarding and offboarding to create consistent, positive experiences
• Assist with engagement initiatives, team events, and performance cycles
• Help implement tools and systems to strengthen the people function
• Contribute to employer branding and internal communications
• Champion remote-first culture and employee experience enhancements
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1+ year recruiting for technical roles (engineering, product, UX, etc.)
• Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting and ATS platforms (Workable a plus)
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and handle competing priorities
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Resourceful, proactive, and growth-minded
• Collaborative, but comfortable operating as a team of one when needed
• Must be based in the Milwaukee metro area
💻 Remote Requirements
• Work remotely with availability for virtual collaboration and occasional local in-person events
• Comfortable communicating across remote teams and working autonomously
