You’ll focus on sourcing, outreach, and building a steady pipeline of legal process servers nationwide. • $60,000–$70,000 annual salary (based on experience)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Conduct high-volume outreach: cold calling, SMS, and email campaigns
• Execute creative sourcing strategies to reach quality candidates
• Continuously recruit and engage candidates for process server roles
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines using a CRM or ATS
• Format and manage data in Excel using formulas and tools
• Collaborate with hiring managers and update them on hiring pipelines and performance
• Help develop e-marketing materials for recruiting campaigns
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years in high-volume recruiting
• Familiarity with legal recruiting or industry terminology preferred
• Strong experience with CRMs or ATS platforms
• Proficiency in Excel: formatting, formulas, and data tools
• Skilled in writing and executing email/SMS campaigns
• Organized, fast-paced, detail-oriented, and self-driven
• Clear communicator and strong collaborator
