As a Rebate Account Specialist II, you’ll play a key role in optimizing rebate submissions, processing, and payment reconciliation with pharmaceutical manufacturers and group purchasing organizations (GPOs). This is a dynamic position for someone who thrives in both analytical and collaborative environments.


Position Highlights
Salary Range: $55,151 – $66,447/year
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM CST
Remote: Yes – U.S. only (see exclusions below)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage and oversee multiple rebate setups with minimal supervision
• Interpret pharmaceutical and GPO contracts to configure rebate systems accurately
• Submit quarterly rebate reports to drug manufacturers
• Collect and reconcile rebate payments, auditing for accuracy
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate adjustments in processing systems
• Partner with Finance to allocate and process client rebate distributions
• Serve as a point of contact for pharma reps and IRC Contracting teams
• Analyze and interpret client formularies and prior auth forms as they relate to rebate strategy
• Support testing and enhancements of rebate invoicing applications
• Perform other duties as needed


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Associate’s degree or CPhT certification required
• 1+ year of experience in pharmacy, claims processing, trade relations, or drug claim analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)
• Prior remote work experience preferred
• Familiarity with drug names, classes, and pharmacy terminology a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to compliance and respectful team interaction
