CommonSpirit Health at Home is hiring a Remote Quality Coordinator to help uphold and improve care standards in home health and hospice. You’ll review and approve patient documentation, support care quality during major milestones (Start of Care, Re-cert, Discharge), and assist with staff training. This is an impactful, behind-the-scenes role ideal for RNs passionate about compliance, clinical accuracy, and patient outcomes.

• Pay Range: $29.10–$42.20/hour
• Employment Type: Full-time (80 hours/pay period)
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Day Shift)
• Remote: Fully remote (must reside in: AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, NC, ND, NE, NJ, OH, SC, TN, TX, UT, or WI)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Review and process clinical documentation at key milestones: Start of Care, Recert, Resumption of Care, Evaluations, Discharge
• Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and compliance with OASIS and Medicare guidelines
• Collaborate with staff to correct deficiencies and finalize Plans of Care promptly
• Assist in staff orientation, training, and ongoing development
• Monitor infection control and incident reports
• Support intake, evaluation, scheduling, and visit management during on-call hours
• Perform occasional patient visits as needed
• Maintain patient data privacy and HIPAA compliance
• Align duties with CommonSpirit’s mission to serve vulnerable populations and advance social justice
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license in your state of residence
• 1+ year of home health or hospice nursing experience within the last 3 years
• OASIS certification required
• Familiarity with Medicare home health compliance standards
• Detail-oriented and strong in problem-solving, organization, and communication
• Comfortable with EMR systems, remote tools, and multitasking in a virtual environment
