AnswerNet is hiring a Quality Analyst to monitor and improve the performance of remote call center agents supporting healthcare campaigns. You’ll evaluate agent interactions, deliver coaching, track performance trends, and prepare reports to drive ongoing service excellence. ✅ Position Highlights
• $25.00 per hour
• Full-time – 40 hours/week
• Remote – U.S. based
• Staggered Monday–Friday shifts (8:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST)
• Training begins in October | Production: Nov 1–Dec 15 (100% attendance required)
📋 What You’ll Own
• Monitor recorded/live calls to evaluate agent performance
• Use QA forms to deliver clear, actionable feedback
• Prepare PowerPoint reports with survey summaries for leadership
• Identify trends and develop coaching plans
• Collaborate with operations teams to close performance gaps
• Host one-on-one agent feedback sessions and QA calibration meetings
• Help onboard new agents with QA support and expectations
• Engage agents with morale-boosting games and check-ins
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations and improvement plans
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year of call center, customer service, or supervisory experience
• Strong track record in ACA healthcare sales
• Health Insurance License + FFM Certification REQUIRED
• South Carolina Health Insurance License (Required)
• Experienced in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfortable presenting insights to senior management
• Excellent communication skills (verbal + written)
• Cool under pressure, solutions-oriented, and detail-focused
• Able to adapt to changing needs and multitask independently
