In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our provider network, resolving inquiries, updating provider information, assisting with recruitment, and ensuring smooth, efficient communication between providers and our internal teams.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as the initial contact for provider-related inquiries, delivering exceptional service
• Research and resolve provider claims issues and complaints
• Identify and correct fee schedule discrepancies
• Educate providers and office staff on processes, policy updates, and best practices
• Update systems with accurate provider demographic information
• Process recruitment materials and provider applications
• Assist in network recruitment projects and data entry tasks
• Support provider credentialing and monitor complaints, grievances, and escalations
• Recommend improvements to processes that support departmental goals

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree preferred)
• 3+ years of customer service and administrative experience
• Preferred: experience in managed healthcare, provider relations, or vision insurance
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated workspace (if working virtually)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
