You’ll support internal teams and external partners by updating provider details, assisting with credentialing updates, and helping resolve issues related to provider data, claims, and eligibility.

📋 What You’ll Do
• Update provider demographics, tax IDs, and credentials
• Manage data tied to credentialing and contracts
• Make outbound calls to verify provider info or clarify discrepancies
• Assist internal teams and providers with data questions
• Research and help resolve provider-related claim or eligibility issues
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in healthcare support (provider data, credentialing, claims, or provider services)
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Solid communication and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with managed care and reimbursement (preferred)
• Experience using provider data systems is a plus
