As a Physician Coordinator, you’ll be a vital part of the Network Team—supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and coordination efforts that keep our physician panel strong and compliant. This remote role is ideal for professionals with healthcare or physician network experience who thrive in organized, fast-paced environments.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Draft and manage onboarding documents via DocuSign
• Launch credentialing tickets and monitor physician profile completion
• Maintain and update physician panel records and agreements
• Coordinate and track physician training and onboarding sessions
• Assist physicians with platform, training, and support inquiries
• Source and schedule IME exam location space; manage location database
• Route and respond to Network department calls
• Negotiate physician fees and maintain sub-panel records by specialty or client
• Support payment inquiries, IT escalations, and system updates
• Complete special projects as assigned
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ year of experience in physician recruiting or provider relations
• Healthcare, insurance, or medical staffing experience a plus
• Knowledge of medical terminology and specialty coverage
• Skilled communicator and relationship-builder
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and follow-through
• Comfortable with remote collaboration tools and data systems
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and critical thinking skills
