As a Remote Phone Sales Representative, you’ll engage with small business owners across the country—connecting, qualifying, and closing deals from a high-volume dialer. ✅ Position Highlights
• Full-Time
• 100% Remote (Mon–Fri, 7AM–4PM PST)
• Base hourly rate: $6–$15 DOE
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $35K–$45K+ annually
• Uncapped bonuses + daily sales incentives

📋 What You’ll Own
• Make 150–200 daily cold calls via autodialer
• Handle inbound sales calls and follow up on warm leads
• Build rapport with SMB owners and qualify prospects
• Present the right-sized solutions and close deals
• Track performance and strive to exceed sales metrics
• Represent the brand with integrity, urgency, and professionalism
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year of phone sales, inside sales, or cold calling experience (SaaS/SEO a plus)
• Previous remote work or home-based sales experience
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organization skills
• Driven, goal-oriented, and unafraid to pick up the phone
• Proficient with tools like Google Suite, CRM platforms, and dialers (Vicidial, Zoiper, etc.)
• Comfortable handling objections and selling value fast

• Reliable power and high-speed internet (fiber preferred)
