• Named Specialist for Managed Payroll and Administrative clients

📋 What You’ll Own
• Process end-to-end payroll for multiple Managed Payroll clients
• Lead client calls and transition meetings
• Respond to escalated cases and troubleshoot payroll issues
• Configure Workday payroll elements like pay components, deductions, and run categories
• Audit quarter and year-end reports, offering actionable insights
• Maintain support documentation and contribute to team-wide improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal OSV teams
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Associate’s degree required
• 3+ years of hands-on payroll experience (end-to-end processing, troubleshooting, research)
• 3+ years of customer service or client-facing support
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Experience with payroll tax compliance and configuration
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
💻 Preferred Skills
• Background in payroll or tax outsourcing
• Familiarity with Workday and Salesforce
• Multi-jurisdiction year-end and W-2 adjustment experience
