Coalition Technologies is seeking a sharp and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to help manage bi-weekly payroll for 250+ global team members. You’ll play a vital role in the Accounting team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clear communication while supporting the backbone of the company: our people.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for 250+ team members
• Review and verify timecards via QuickBooks and follow up with leads
• Handle garnishments, terminations, and PTO payouts
• Support HR with onboarding/offboarding within payroll systems
• Respond to internal inquiries related to earnings, deductions, W-2s, reimbursements, bonuses, and compliance
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll data
• Assist accounting with data entry in Accounts Payable/Receivable
• Help uphold payroll compliance with local and federal regulations
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2–3 years of payroll experience required
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (preferred) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and pivot when needed
• Team player who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Customer service mindset with a professional, friendly attitude
