You’ll resolve technical issues, answer billing questions, and serve as a front-line resource for businesses using our embedded payments tools. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and remote tools
• Troubleshoot credit card terminals, POS systems, and payment platform issues
• Log all interactions and escalations accurately in support systems
• Escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2 or engineering as needed
• Stay up to date on Fullsteam product updates and documentation
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage and assist with system alerts
• Identify common support themes and contribute to knowledge base articles
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in tech support or customer service
• Strong understanding of payment systems, credit card processing, and POS devices
• Clear and empathetic communicator (written and verbal)
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
• Problem-solver who thrives in multi-tasking environments
• Fluent in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
• Comfortable using internal ticketing or CRM systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
