Position Highlights
$16.00 – $27.69/hr, plus incentive programs
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Remote eligible within Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zones

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle patient and provider inquiries across multiple platforms
• Navigate systems to schedule appointments, process authorizations, verify benefits, and more
• Maintain documentation and meet service performance standards
• Assist in administrative support for patient services and clinical teams
• Help ensure patients get connected to care quickly, accurately, and respectfully


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in customer service
• 40+ WPM typing speed
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite and using multiple monitors
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
