CrewBloom is hiring a Patient Engagement Specialist to support a growing dental practice network. You’ll be the voice patients trust—scheduling appointments, answering questions, and managing insurance claims. If you know your way around OpenDental and thrive in a patient-facing, detail-heavy role, this is your lane.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Schedule appointments and manage patient communication
• Input and update patient records using dental practice software
• Assist with billing and explain treatment costs and insurance coverage
• Process insurance claims quickly and accurately
• Educate patients about treatments and post-care routines
• Maintain clean and compliant documentation
• Optimize workflow and support the clinical team behind the scenes
• Resolve patient concerns with empathy and professionalism
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in a dental or healthcare admin setting
• Proficient in OpenDental (must-have); bonus points for Dentrix, CurveDental, or Denticon
• Experience handling insurance claims is strongly preferred
• Patient-first mindset with outstanding communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and calm under pressure
• Tech-savvy and capable of managing digital workflows

• Backup internet: 10 Mbps+ (must work during outages)
