🧾 About the Role
CVS Health is hiring a Remote RN Patient Care Specialist to support bleeding and blood disorder patients receiving home-based specialty medications (infused/injected). In this telehealth role, you’ll assess clinical needs, coordinate with home health agencies, educate patients and care teams, and help ensure safe, timely care delivery across multiple states.
This is a full-time remote role for a compassionate and highly skilled RN who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-enabled clinical setting—and wants to make a real difference from home.
✅ Position Highlights
• $60,522 – $129,615/year (based on experience and geography)
• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Fully remote (occasional in-person training or meetings may be required)

🩺 Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate care for patients receiving infused or specialty medication therapy at home
• Collaborate with home health agencies, verify nursing benefit coverage, and assess care quality
• Educate patients and care professionals on bleeding disorder and sickle cell disease management
• Manage a patient caseload, update care systems (Epic, etc.), and maintain communication logs
• Participate in on-call rotation and licensing coordination
• Support FL-based BC/BS and Medicaid patients—plus assist nationwide as needed
📋 What You Bring
• Active RN license in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
• Ability to become licensed in all 50 states
• 2+ years of recent RN experience with bleeding disorders or sickle cell
• 2+ years in home infusion or infusion clinic using specialty medications
• Experience with infusion pumps, supplies, and safety protocols
• Strong written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and pharmacy software systems
• Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish-speaking)
